Redecorating by Repurposing

Repurposing is the new buzz word in the design field, and has crossed all genres. Why? Because we live in a world where we want to do better for our planet, our homes and our pocketbooks…and where we also value creativity over things you can buy. I like that in this world. So redecorating by repurposing isn’t a new concept, but it’s one that is getting a lot of attention. So whether you just want to save a few bucks, waste less, or just have some really cool and unique decor, repurposing is for you.

Some gorgeous ideas here with great colours. I LOVE that blue chair, is it painted in Annie Sloan do you think?

It definitely could be chalk paint, or you could create the same look with a chalk paint product!

I think the DIY pallet table is actually a unique table with magnetic slats that can be flipped for a new look. from http://magneticgrain.com/#/resurface
